Thank you for visiting our web site. FACTS, founded in 1982, is proud to be a Division of ICP, a large, highly respected community of mental health professionals. We offer our expertise in helping couples and families to work through basic issues in communication and deal more effectively with the interpersonal difficulties in their lives.
Our client population is drawn from all walks of life. Our mission is to offer family and couples therapy on a sliding fee scale based on income and expenses.
Our highly experienced therapists work with families and couples with wide ranging issues such as eating disorders, substance abuse, the aftermath of trauma, gay and lesbian relationships. We work extensively with multi-cultural and interracial couples and families as well as single-parent families, divorced and/or blended families.
We have developed a highly successful Two Year Professional Training Program in Family and Couples Therapy. We have trained hundreds of therapists who work in agencies, hospitals, clinics, schools and in private practice. Our training provides an integration of systemic theories and individual psychodynamics. We put a strong emphasis on family/couples therapy techniques and offer the opportunity to work with diverse clinic cases. We also offer small group supervision to advanced family/couples therapists in private practice.
